Dr. Robert Bonfiglio P ’08, ’12 is Vice President for Student and Campus Life at SUNY Geneseo. In a presentation of unique interest to parents of high school students, Dr. Bonfiglio will share his insights on student life at colleges and universities today, and how parents can support their sons and daughters as they navigate campus life.

Dr. Chris Pramuk is an Associate Professor of Theology and Chair of Ignatian Thought at Regis University. Dr. Pramuk, the keynote speaker at last year’s Jesuit Schools Network Colloquium, will offer a reflective presentation on Ignatian spirituality and faith in the modern era.

Ms. Phyllis Fagell
On October 16, Phyllis Fagell, a clinical professional counselor, certified professional school counselor, and columnist for The Washington Post visited McQuaid Jesuit to give her presentation, ‘Staying Connected: Helping Your Kids Make Smart, Ethical Decisions.’ The talk, sponsored by the Parents' Association and Principal's Office, is part of a yearlong speaker series meant to engage and inform parents in raising children.
Phyllis addressed strategies to help parents and others deepen their relationships with their children, particularly in the modern context of technology, busy schedules, and constant change. She also spoke specifically about raising teenage boys and how it can be harder to connect with them because boys don't emotionally open up as easily as girls.

McQuaid Jesuit will welcome Dr. Robert Bonfiglio, P '08, '12 Tuesday, December 5 as its next keynote speaker. Robert is vice president for student and campus life at SUNY Geneseo and will share his insights on student life at colleges and universities today as well as how parents can support their sons and daughters as they navigate campus life.
