First Year Cohort Formation
Through the assimilation and self-appropriation of materials and experiences, personnel will appreciate St. Ignatius’s legacy, his Spiritual Exercises, Jesuit History, Jesuit Pedagogy, Ignatian Leadership and the mission entrusted to each person participating in the apostolic work of education at McQuaid Jesuit. Personal interaction with materials will inspire living and educating with a heightened sense of awareness and intentionality, leading to personal growth and development.
