McQuaid Jesuit, serving 900 young men in grades 6 through 12, is the premier Catholic, college preparatory school in Rochester, New York. Founded in 1954, we are part of the larger educational network of Jesuit secondary schools, colleges and universities.

McQuaid Jesuit faculty members posses an academic degree in his or her field and also serve as Ignatian educators, demonstrating care and concern for all who are part of the McQuaid Jesuit community. Teachers may enter with an undergraduate degree, and must obtain a Master’s Degree (in Education or in his or her specialized subject area) within seven years of employment.
