The McQuaid Jesuit Institutional Advancement Office is focused on building relationships that help market the school, meet its operating budget, and fund new initiatives. Also, we connect alumni, current parents, alumni parents, faculty/staff, current students, and our many friends to each other.

Department Mission and Responsibilities
The mission of McQuaid Jesuit's Institutional Advancement Office is to continuously enhance private giving to McQuaid Jesuit in support of and to"advance" the overall mission of McQuaid Jesuit to educate and develop young men in the Ignatian Tradition. Responsibilities of the Advancement Office include:
Management and implementation of gift policies as determined by the Board of Trustees;
Developing and communicating the fund-raising activities priorities of McQuaid Jesuit;
Providing fund-raising planning, consultation, execution, and related information services to the McQuaid Jesuit community;
Identifying and cultivating donors and volunteers;
Managing the development and alumni information database and related gift processing systems;
Establishing quality standards and metrics for measuring performance;
Providing donor relations and stewardship services to key constituents and donors.
