McQuaid Jesuit seeks a new President to lead the institution. McQuaid's Board of Trustees has formed a Presidential Search Committee, chaired by Peter Rodgers, Chair of the Board of Trustees. Other members of the Search Committee are Trustees Bill Carpenter, James Malvaso, Dan Mahar, faculty member Kathy Van Heyst, Rev. Vincent Biagi, SJ and Dr. Gerry Rooney of St. John Fisher College.
"We seek a President with strong communication skills, an understanding and commitment to Jesuit education, educational credibility and the ability to inspire the students, faculty, administrators, parents and alumni to the Mission of McQuaid Jesuit", stated Mr. Rodgers.
McQuaid is currently led by Rev. Ed Salmon, SJ as interim President. Fr. Salmon is well known to McQuaid, having served as the Superior of the Jesuit Community at McQuaid from 2002 until 2007.
