Getting Started with TextPad:
To start working at home you need to do three relatively easy
things:
Fortunately, there is a great page that will guide you through
this process with the steps and links explained.
This site is found at http://www.edhsonline.org/other/ap/java_textpad_howto.html
Note: Skip the Steps 3 & 4 and put the objectdraw.jar file listed
below where they tell you NOT to put it in step 3. This works fine for
the introductory programming course. We run the MBCS on our network drive
at school so this will not create a problem with us--this teacher uses lots
of other specific .jar files that we don't.
The only thing that isn't included at the above site
is the ObjectDraw package with relevant API documentation.
