Ultimate

Ultimate (or Ultimate Frisbee) is a game in which teams advance the disc down the field to score touchdowns. A particularly admirable aspect of Ultimate is the “Spirit of the Game”. At no level of competition are there referees; players enforce the rules themselves. We play pick-up games and put together at least one team for interscholastic competition under the auspices of the Greater Rochester Area Disc Association (www.grada.org).

Meetings: Pickup on Thursdays after school where space is available

The team will conduct two-hour winter practices in the field house on the following dates:

1/28 - 7:30 pm
2/1 - 5:30 pm
2/7 - 6:30 pm
2/8 - 6:00 pm
2/16 - 10:00 am
2/18-2/22 - 3:00 pm
