Mr.
Behan’s Background
He is now the Dean of the Middle School. Mr. Behan has been teaching at McQuaid since 1990.
He has taught French III, Senior English, English 8, and
he presently teaches one section of English 7 at McQuaid.

up in a large Irish/German Catholic family. |
| Attended
grammar school and high school in Watertown, NY and graduated in 1981. |
| Attended a strong Jesuit institution, Le Moyne College, and
graduated with high honors in 1985.
Inducted into the National Jesuit Honor Society, Alpha
Sigma Nu, and named the Pietrafesa Scholar. |
| Received
his Masters in Education from Roberts Wesleyan College,
graduating summa cum laude in 1995. |

Married his charming
wife, Nancy, in 1990.
Nancy is also a teacher—a reading specialist at Fairbanks
Road Elementary School in the Churchville-Chili district.

The Behans have two
children, Aaron and Bridget. Aaron attends McQuaid Jesuit and Bridget attends Seton
Catholic School in Brighton, NY.
