In early 1997 and updated in 2001, the McQuaid Board of Trustees, committed to the long-term viability of the institution, completed a Strategic Plan that outlines the critical, future goals for the institution through 2006. Seven overall goals were incorporated into the strategic plan with specific objectives for each of the goals. The original 1997 plan served as the blueprint for, among other things, a major investment in a building addition to the school in 2001 requiring a Capital Campaign called “Prepare to Soar.” This campaign raised approximately $8,000,000.

Gymnasium and Chapel Renovations were significant projects associated with Prepare to Soar ~ Phase I.
